The OS has few things installed. The Windows 7 Service Pack 1 is not installed. The .NET 4.0 framework is installed using the full framework redistributable (dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe and the Spanish language pack dotNetFx40LP_Full_x86_x64es.exe).
The Microsoft .NET Framework version 2 (x64) redistributable package installs the .NET Framework runtime and associated files required to run 64-bit applications developed to target the .NET Framework v2.
